We offer advice on a wide range of topics. To give an indication of how we can help

Advice on what you can claim; help with form filling; problems with the Benefits Agency or the Council dealing with benefits; overpayments and fraud including what happens if your circumstances change.

Advice on problems with goods and services, holidays, etc; problems obtaining credit.
All advisers are trained to help with debt problems. It is rarely too late to ask for help – but sooner is better than later. We don’t make judgements and are able to help in the vast majority of situations.

We advise on problems at work including dismissal, redundancy, wages, working hours, holiday entitlement, discrimination, sickness and absence.

We can advise on legal proceedings, court fines etc. if your query cannot be dealt with by our advisers and we feel you need to consult a solicitor we will tell you this. We cannot make referrals or recommendations. We will provide contact details. Some solicitors provide an initial free interview; we will highlight these for you.
