Housing problems can occur to people in all situations and it is important that we can help people to access and keep a home and ensure that affordable housing is available. Many people with housing problems also have issues with debts and benefits and we therefore work closely with Citizens Advice Service in the Borough of Wigan to help address all problems that residents in Wigan and Leigh may face.

Shelter Greater Manchester are permanently based in both Wigan CAB and Leigh CAB and can provide advice and representation to people in need of housing advice.
