The aims of the CAB are: To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilites or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively. And equally To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally. |

Free |
Our services are free at the point of use. We will never charge for the advice we give, nor for any of the services we provide |
Independant |
|
Impartial |
We do not take sides, but we will act in the best interests of our clients. For this reason, we are unable to act for both parties in a dispute, but if contacted by the other party, we can refer them to another CAB or appropriate agency for advice. |
